Accessibility Commitment

DigiFreeTools is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including those using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom and magnification tools. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards and best practices across our tools and pages. Accessibility is not a one-time checklist for us — it's an ongoing part of how we design, build, and test new features before they're released to the public.

Because DigiFreeTools consists of dozens of independent calculators, converters, and utilities, we prioritize accessibility improvements based on usage and feedback, continuously refining the tools people rely on most.

Supported Browsers

DigiFreeTools is designed to work across all modern browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, on both desktop and mobile devices. We recommend keeping your browser updated to its latest version for the best experience and strongest security.

Keyboard Navigation

Our forms, buttons, and interactive elements are designed to be navigable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or touch input. Users can tab through form fields, activate buttons with Enter or Space, and navigate menus using standard keyboard conventions.

Screen Readers

We use semantic HTML elements (proper headings, labels, landmarks, and form associations) to help screen readers accurately interpret and announce page content and interactive controls. We continue to test and refine our markup to improve compatibility with popular screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Color Contrast

Our color palette is chosen with readability in mind, aiming to maintain sufficient contrast between text and background colors in both light and dark modes, in line with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) recommendations. Our dark mode option also helps reduce eye strain for users who prefer lower-brightness interfaces.

Ongoing Accessibility Improvements

We treat accessibility as an evolving effort rather than a finished task. As we add new tools and features, we review them against accessibility best practices, and we welcome ongoing feedback to identify areas where we can do better. Planned areas of continued focus include enhanced ARIA labeling, improved focus indicators, and expanded testing with assistive technologies.
